In this post I will tell you how you can convert number to text (in English and Hindi) in ms word.
Here I will tell you two ways
first Default method
and
second method
in which you can convert number to text English & Hindi.
1st way
Mas word already provided formula function through which you can convert number to text (English text only)
he is formula
Rupees {=12345\*CardText} Only.
Formula after doing it
out put result
Rupees twelve thousand three hundred forty-five only.
But this formula would work only in the high version of the ms word (2010 onwards).
Now I am going to tell you second way,
in this way you can convert the number in the word text to any language in both English and Hindi.
And
this method also works in lower version of ms word (also in ms word 2007).
following all step in MS WORD
first of all you have to go to the insert
Then you have to insert the excel suppresssheet from inside the insert table
After Inserting Excel Suppresssheet
Type any number (ANY CELL) you want to convert to text (English/Hindi)
such as 123456789
Then select next cell
And then type =spellnumberEnglish(Select cell in which you have typed the number)
The number you type as soon as you enter is the number in English text (because it was done by Formula SpellNumberenglish)
Rupees Twelve Crore Thirty Four Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Nine Only.
will change
In this way you can also convert the number in Hindi text using spellnuberHindi formula.
